Embodiment: Closing the Distance
Understanding a principle changes your language. Embodying it changes your life.

It is possible to speak fluently about boundaries and still answer every message at midnight. It is possible to teach rest and never take it.
Embodiment closes that distance. It is the pillar that turns what you know into how you live.
Insight is not implementation
Learning something new produces a pleasant sense of progress. That feeling can substitute for change if you let it.
Ask a harder question than what you understand: what would someone observing your week conclude that you believe?
Practice in the body, not only the plan
Embodiment lives in pace, breath, sleep, tone, and posture. A value you cannot express calmly under pressure is still a concept.
Choose one principle and give it a physical form this week: a walk before decisions, a full stop at a set hour, a pause before you answer.
Pick one value you already believe. Give it one visible practice, and let your life state it without explanation.
