Frequently Asked
What the planner holds, how the assessment works, and the clearest way to reach Jewels.
The Planner
The planner is organized around the six ASCEND pillars — Alignment, Self-Authority, Clarity, Embodiment, Navigation, and Discernment. Each pillar opens with a short note, written reflection prompts, and space to set three priorities before any other commitment reaches the page.

Women who are already accomplished and already busy — leaders, clinicians, founders, and mothers who want a week that reflects their values rather than only their obligations.
The planner is available on Amazon. You will find the current link, along with a full walkthrough, on the planner page.
Roughly fifteen minutes to open the week and five minutes to close it. The practices are short on purpose — repetition matters more than intensity.
The Assessment
Twelve questions, two for each of the six pillars. Your answers produce an overall score plus a score for every pillar, so you can see where you are strongest and where your attention would matter most right now.
Most people finish in under five minutes. There are no right answers — only honest ones.

They are used to send your results and, if you have joined the list, occasional reflections. Your results are not shared or sold, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
Start with your lowest pillar and work that section of the planner for one week. One pillar at a time is faster than trying to improve all six.
