Her Next Level ASCEND — The Planner

Undated 12-month planning for goals, weekly scheduling, and guided reflection — one pillar at a time.

One pillar. One week. One page.

Her Next Level ASCEND — The Planner is an undated 12-month companion for goals, weekly scheduling, and guided reflection. Instead of filling a calendar, you begin with what matters and build the week — and the year — outward from there.

Work the six weekly pages in order. Each pillar builds on the one before it, so resist the urge to skip ahead to the pillar that feels most urgent.

Begin each week on the same day. Read the pillar note, answer the four prompts in writing, then fill the week's three priorities before any other commitment reaches the page.

Close the week with the practice at the bottom of the page. It is short on purpose — the point is repetition, not intensity.

At the end of six weeks, read your pages together. The pattern across them is more useful than any single entry.

The Six Weeks

Weekly prompts, pillar by pillar

Week One

Alignment

Alignment is the week your calendar tells the truth. Before anything else claims the page, name what actually matters.

  • What are the three priorities this week must protect?
  • Where did last week's calendar disagree with those priorities?
  • What is one commitment I can move, shorten, or release?
  • What would a week built around my values look like?

Practice — Place your three priorities on the page first. Everything else fits around them.

Week Two

Self-Authority

Self-authority is the practice of stopping the search for permission you already hold.

  • Whose approval am I still waiting for this week?
  • What decision have I delayed because I wanted someone else to confirm it?
  • Where am I over-explaining instead of deciding?
  • What will I decide this week without consulting anyone?

Practice — Make one decision this week on your own authority. Record it and what it cost you.

Week Three

Clarity

Clarity begins with naming what is actually happening, not what you hope is happening.

  • What situation have I been describing vaguely?
  • If I wrote one plain sentence about it, what would it say?
  • What am I avoiding naming because naming it requires action?
  • What single fact would change my next step?

Practice — Write the plain sentence. Read it out loud. Then choose the next step it implies.

Week Four

Embodiment

Embodiment closes the distance between what you know and how you live.

  • Where does my body register strain before my mind admits it?
  • What am I doing this week that my energy cannot sustain?
  • What restores me, and did it appear on this week's page?
  • What is one small physical practice I will keep every day?

Practice — Schedule rest before you schedule output. Note how the week feels differently.

Week Five

Navigation

Navigation is leading well when the terrain shifts and the map is no longer current.

  • What has changed that my plan has not accounted for?
  • What is the next right step, not the whole route?
  • Who needs clarity from me while conditions are uncertain?
  • What am I holding steady even as details change?

Practice — Name one fixed point and one flexible detail. Lead from the fixed point.

Week Six

Discernment

Discernment is the courage to decline, and the standard that makes the decline easy.

  • What opportunity looks good but is not mine?
  • What am I saying yes to out of habit or obligation?
  • What is my standard for accepting new work this season?
  • What did I decline this week, and what did it protect?

Practice — Keep a record of what you declined. Your standards become visible over time.

The Six-Week Review

What expanded. What consumed.

Read your six pages together before you answer. The pattern across them matters more than any single entry.

  • What expanded me during these six weeks?
  • What consumed me, and did I choose it?
